Logo Therapy was developed by renowned psychiatrist and Holocaust Survivor Viktor Frankl who believed that the most common source of life purpose is life pain. Franki developed Logo Therapy following World War I and his captivity in a concentration camp during World War II, further solidified his views and therapeutic model. He noted that many people were able to survive the horrendous concentration camp experience by finding purpose in the midst of suffering. In this presentation you will learn how to utilize principles of Logo Therapy to help clients experiencing grief and traumatic stress turn their pain into purpose. You will leave with 10 exercises that will help aid your clients in their healing and recovery.
